About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate communication between external valuers, outsourcing partners, and internal specialist departments
  • Provide expertise on valuation-related matters
  • Take responsibility for external property valuations for acquisitions and regular valuations, both nationally and internationally
  • Support the entire valuation process together with team members and using the latest technologies
  • Conduct plausibility checks
  • Ensure the final quality of valuation reports for approximately 1,800 properties
  • Review and approve valuers’ invoices
  • Prepare analyses and evaluations
  • Develop proprietary value forecasts
  • Contribute to projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed degree in real estate economics or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of practical experience in real estate valuation, ideally at a valuation firm, an investment management company, or a similar organization
  • Team spirit, openness, a hands-on mentality, and a willingness to take responsibility
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset
  • Strong commitment to quality
  • Confidence when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Good command of English is a plus
