About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Source and identify potential affiliates, creators, and livestreamers across TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada
Reach out to potential affiliates, introduce partnership opportunities, and follow up on interest and participation
Assist with affiliate onboarding, including collecting information, guiding registration, and coordinating next steps
Maintain and update affiliate databases, contact lists, and onboarding trackers
Coordinate campaign participation, product promotions, commission details, and other requirements with affiliates
Support affiliate campaigns and promotional activities during major e-commerce sales events such as 11.11 and 12.12
Monitor affiliate activity and track basic metrics including sales, clicks, and conversions
Coordinate with internal teams to provide affiliates with campaign information, materials, and support
Research affiliate trends, potential creators, and opportunities to expand the affiliate network
Assist with other affiliate marketing and e-commerce-related tasks as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or a recent graduate looking for internship experience
Interest in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, social commerce, and e-commerce
Familiarity with TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada; knowledge of their affiliate programs is a plus
Comfortable with online research and identifying potential creators or affiliates
Good communication skills and comfort reaching out to and following up with potential partners
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel is an advantage
Ability to work independently while collaborating with different teams
Open to both voluntary and mandatory internship arrangements
