About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor order process flow from Seller Center receipt through delivery to customers
- Provide insights on day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operations
- Review supply chain operations and document product, service, and information flow using project management tools
- Handle returns and exchanges, including updating inventory records and restocking items
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to conduct monthly stock reconciliation for assigned brands
- Resolve inventory discrepancies and support end-of-month reporting and settlement processes
- Assist with shipping and receiving, including preparing shipments, verifying order accuracy, and processing deliveries
- Analyze customer information and needs to improve customer relationships
- Evaluate risks affecting operational efficiency
- Evaluate weekly metrics, analyze continuous improvement projects, and prepare requested reports
- Monitor lapses in logistics service delivery
- Optimize allocated resources within business activities
- Plan logistics service delivery to meet customer requirements
- Support development of sales proposals or tender documents
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 6 months’ experience in warehouse operations
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, ecommerce, and logistics
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced and pressured environment
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills with an analytical mind
- Strong time management skills
