About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and independently execute monthly and campaign affiliate plans for assigned TikTok Shop and Shopee accounts
Drive affiliate KPIs through coordination with internal and external teams
Build and maintain client relationships while managing day-to-day operations
Develop affiliate marketing content and creative strategies aligned with commercial objectives
Design and manage affiliate campaigns, including KOL and MCN recruitment, video production, and livestreaming schedules
Source, evaluate, recruit, and onboard affiliate creators
Manage creator outreach, sampling, content follow-up, activation, retention, and collaboration-term negotiations within approved budgets and guidelines
Collaborate with performance marketing, Commercial KAM, Social Commerce KAM, and brand teams to optimize traffic and conversion rates
Manage campaign budgets to ensure profitability
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports with strategic growth recommendations
Improve operational processes for efficiency and scalability
Identify growth opportunities and execution risks, prioritize actions, and escalate blockers with proposed solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong knowledge of Affiliate Marketing, especially TikTok Shop and Shopee
Experience in Groceries or FMCG is a plus
Extensive experience in social marketing and live streaming sales
Established network of creators
Creative and strategic thinking
Excellent project management and leadership skills
Proactive self-starter aligned with Intrepid’s vision and mission
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
Eager to learn, ambitious, and highly responsible
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Deep understanding of social platforms, especially TikTok
Livestreaming experience is a plus
