About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build the Social Commerce Intelligence Platform for affiliate and creator management across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada and other Southeast Asian platforms
Deliver full-stack features vertically from OpenAPI contracts and Go domain services to async workers, Vue screens and tests
Translate business requirements into clear specifications with the Product team
Review and finalise designs with the Design team, including flows, edge cases and states
Build Vue 3 SPA screens for Discover, My Network, Imports, Creator Detail and Settings
Build Go services with Gin HTTP handlers, domain services, sqlc repositories, RabbitMQ consumers and scheduled jobs
Use OpenAPI specifications and event JSON Schemas as sources of truth with generated Go and TypeScript code
Design multi-tenant data access using Elasticsearch, MySQL, outbox patterns and RabbitMQ
Own non-functional requirements including latency, pagination, async imports and exports, idempotency, logs and metrics
Implement daily work with Claude Code and design screens with Claude Design
Maintain agent rules, skills and guardrails and review agent-produced code
Write unit, integration, contract and Playwright tests
Review teammate and agent code and contribute to coding standards
Ship AI features including natural-language creator search, summarisation, recommendations and agent-callable actions
Manage LLM integration concerns such as prompt versioning, structured output, streaming, retries, evaluation and cost tracking
Collaborate with crawler and data teams on canonical creator profiles and daily metrics
Help design and consume crawling pipelines involving event contracts, normalisation, deduplication, matching, freshness and quality monitoring

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years building and shipping production web products with ownership of both frontend and backend codebases
Strong Vue 3, Composition API, script setup, TypeScript, Vite, Pinia, Vue Router and TanStack Query or similar
Strong idiomatic Golang, goroutines, channels, context propagation, interfaces, dependency injection, error handling and table-driven tests
Production experience with Gin or an equivalent HTTP framework
MySQL schema design, indexing, query optimisation and hand-written SQL
Redis for caching and rate limiting
Production experience with Elasticsearch or OpenSearch, including mapping design, filtering, faceting, cursor pagination and re-indexing
Production experience with RabbitMQ or Kafka, including exchanges, routing, retries, dead-letter queues and idempotency
REST API design with OpenAPI contracts, versioning, backward compatibility and code generation
Testing across unit, integration and E2E levels
Fluent daily use of coding agents in production work
Docker and working understanding of CI/CD such as GitLab CI or GitHub Actions
Ability to debug services in Kubernetes
Working English for specs, ADRs and PR reviews
Nice to have: affiliate or creator marketing, TikTok Shop, influencer CRM, livestream commerce, marketplace seller tooling or e-commerce analytics
Nice to have: OpenAI, Gemini or Claude API integration, RAG, embeddings, vector search, structured output, function calling, prompt versioning, evaluation, cost and latency management
Nice to have: scraping, API harvesting, headless browsers, anti-bot handling, proxy rotation, schema drift, deduplication and entity matching
Nice to have: design systems, accessibility basics, Kubernetes, Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry and Python
