About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support business growth and build a strong people-oriented culture in the Indonesia office
  • Act as an advocate for group HR initiatives
  • Build credible working relationships with business stakeholders through regular catch-ups and proactive participation in people and business discussions
  • Provide direction and coaching on HR programs, policies, and processes, including performance management, compensation, talent retention, learning and development, and career development
  • Respond to employee relations issues, including complaints, harassment allegations, and civil rights complaints
  • Create and drive change management and learning programs to enhance organizational health
  • Manage succession planning and administer accurate talent evaluation information through talent management
  • Foster open, transparent communication and high standards of behavior and ethical conduct
  • Facilitate employee engagement activities, including company and country town halls, game nights, and AMAs
  • Manage staffing plans and manpower deployment for the assigned business unit
  • Handle onboarding, offboarding, and transfer administration for employee movements
  • Support new joiner onboarding and offboarding, staff movement announcements, team orientations, office welcome tours, and intern community programs
  • Generate and analyze HR reports to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of people decisions
  • Report to the Senior Regional HR Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University graduate
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Exposure to and demonstrated competence in all functional HR areas
  • Ideally, experience in high-growth companies and/or transformation projects
  • Ability to engage stakeholders in strategic conversations
  • Ability to coach new managers on HR topics, especially in a hybrid setup
  • Strong service mentality and ability to build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence
  • Solutions-focused approach with ability to develop concise and clear solutions quickly
  • Familiarity with local employment regulations and HR practices in Indonesia
  • Detail-oriented with a logical and methodological approach to problem solving
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
