About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the senior talent acquisition advisor to the tech leadership team
  • Embed in business planning discussions to anticipate hiring needs
  • Review the end-to-end recruitment process, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and implement improved workflows, SLAs, and standards
  • Partner with leadership on headcount planning, organizational design input, and talent pipelines
  • Own recruitment metrics and dashboards, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness, and funnel conversion
  • Drive tech-specific employer branding initiatives
  • Mentor and upskill junior recruiters and talent acquisition executives in Vietnam
  • Collaborate with the Regional Talent Acquisition Lead and peer talent acquisition business partners across Southeast Asia
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for senior and business-critical technology roles in Vietnam
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, headhunting, campus recruitment, referrals, and international partnerships
  • Partner with hiring managers to screen and assess candidates and provide feedback on candidates and interview outcomes
  • Build and maintain relationships with active and passive talent
  • Lead campus recruitment for interns, trainees, contract staff, and entry-level talent
  • Prepare weekly recruitment status updates and hiring dashboards
  • Lead and contribute to ad-hoc talent acquisition projects and regional continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
  • At least 6–8 years of progressive experience in tech recruitment or talent acquisition, including experience operating at a senior/business partner level
  • Experience preferably from an e-commerce, marketing agency, or live commerce industry
  • Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership/stakeholders and influencing hiring strategy
  • Experience reviewing, redesigning, and improving recruitment processes, tools, or ways of working
  • Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes
  • Deep knowledge of the tech talent market across SEA
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting and Boolean search
  • Familiarity with various sourcing channels
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English
  • Strong analytical acumen, including salary benchmarking, market competitiveness, and talent pipeline health analysis
  • Experience coaching or leading junior recruiters is an advantage
  • Regional recruitment experience across SEA locations would be a bonus
