About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the day-to-day financial operations across the Central Asia region
Manage budgeting, cash flow, payroll and tax compliance
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and management reporting
Maintain the company financial ledger
Ensure financial records remain accurate and up to date
Support financial compliance and business planning
Report to the Country Director (General Manager)
Work closely with the Accountant

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in financial operations across the Central Asia region, with exposure to all five Stan markets preferred (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan)
A degree in Accounting/ Finance or membership of CA/ ACCA
Minimum 5+ years in a professional Accounting or Finance role, including experience within the travel & tourism industry
Great communication skills in English and local languages
Proficiency in MS Office 365 applications (Excel, Word, Outlook), with hands-on experience in accounting software like D365
Collaborative approach, high level of integrity and strong organisational skills
