About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the day-to-day work of the Product team
- Update trip information and content
- Assist with pricing and product reviews
- Keep product systems accurate
- Work with Sales, Contracting, Operations, Reservations and Finance teams
- Get to know destinations and research new ideas
- Work with suppliers and join site inspections
- Help identify practical solutions when issues arise or itineraries can be improved
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience managing a range of tourism products, with an interest in trip pricing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and local languages; English is an added advantage
- Experience in trip design and operations, preferably within small group adventure travel or a similar setting
- Experience working with Destination Management Companies (DMCs) and third-party suppliers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel
- Knowledge of small group travel operations and incident management
