About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Understand each traveller’s needs, budget and timeframe
- Research and recommend accommodation, flights, activities and local experiences
- Create customised itineraries and quotes for groups and independent travellers
- Respond to customer enquiries
- Coordinate booking details, invoices and payment follow-ups
- Work closely with travel agents and Sales, Contracting, Product, Reservations, Operations and Finance teams
- Build strong client relationships
- Respond to urgent travel concerns and keep clients updated through departure
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Minimum 2 years’ sales experience in the tourism industry in Vietnam
- Experience preparing quotes for groups and FITs using Excel and sales/travel systems
- Strong knowledge of Vietnam, including regional and local destinations
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Experience in adventure travel product development
