About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the trusted point of contact for French-speaking travellers from first enquiry through departure
Provide personalised recommendations and advice on Intrepid's trips
Create tailored itineraries
Prepare quotes and convert enquiries into bookings
Help ensure every traveller enjoys a seamless journey
Work closely with Reservations, Contracting and Operations teams
Support FIT and tailor-made travel requests
Contribute to French-speaking Tour Leader training
Assist with emergency passenger support when needed
Drive growth in the French-speaking market

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous sales experience with the ability to achieve high conversion rates
Fluency in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong destination and travel knowledge, particularly relating to the French market
Confidence using systems and technology, with a strong digital mindset
Excellent customer service and organisational skills
