About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, coach, and support the Low Code & AI team in day-to-day work and professional growth
- Contribute to the roadmap for Low Code and AI services with senior management
- Establish and apply best practices, development standards, and delivery methodologies
- Act as a technical point of reference for Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot, Generative AI, AI Agents, and Azure AI Services
- Keep up with emerging technologies and suggest solutions that bring business value
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and scalability requirements
- Help ensure customer projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed quality
- Follow project progress and identify and escalate risks and dependencies early
- Support project estimation, planning, and solution design
- Participate in design, development, and deployment of Low Code and AI solutions, proofs of concept, and innovation initiatives
- Support troubleshooting of complex technical challenges
- Promote adoption of AI tools and AI-assisted development practices in line with security and data protection requirements
- Support sales through opportunity identification, customer meetings, solution presentations, and technical pre-sales activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in software development, digital transformation, or application delivery
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a team lead, technical lead, or in a similar role guiding others
- Experience delivering Low Code, Automation, AI, or Digital Transformation projects
- Solid experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio)
- Knowledge of solution design, integrations, APIs, and enterprise application development
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Understanding of security and compliance requirements
- Eligibility to work within the EU
- Fluency in Greek and English
- Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect certification (nice to have)
- Microsoft Applied AI Engineer certification (nice to have)
- Azure Solutions Architect certification (nice to have)
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot technologies (nice to have)
- Experience in consulting or professional services teams (nice to have)
- Experience in Banking, Public Sector, Telecommunications, Utilities, or Enterprise Digital Transformation projects (nice to have)
- Strong people skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and work with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with basic commercial awareness
- Ownership, initiative, and capacity to learn, adapt, and grow into the role
