About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own on-site IT support in the Budapest office, including end-user support, meeting room technology, Wi-Fi, and printers
- Manage the full lifecycle of MacBook and Windows endpoint devices: procurement, provisioning, issuing, replacing, and retrieval
- Provision devices using Intune, Apple Business Manager / ADE, and Autopilot
- Handle technical onboarding and offboarding of new hires and leavers in cooperation with HR
- Manage access through Jira Service Management approval workflows
- Administer permissions for Entra ID groups, Atlassian, GitHub, AWS, Azure, SharePoint, Figma, and other SaaS platforms
- Maintain device and license inventories and liaise with hardware, license, and mobile carrier suppliers
- Participate in ISO 27001 operations, including asset inventory, access reviews, MFA, and endpoint protection with Defender and Heimdal
- Write user guides, runbooks, and IT announcements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of IT support / IT operations experience (L2 level)
- Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune and Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Proficiency in installing and troubleshooting macOS and Windows machines
- Independent, precise work style with strong documentation discipline
- Good Hungarian and working-level English
- Experience with Apple Business Manager, Jamf, or a similar Apple MDM (nice to have)
- Atlassian administration experience (Jira/Confluence, JSM) and managing permissions for GitHub/GitLab organizations (nice to have)
- Azure fundamentals, including app registrations and RBAC, or AWS IAM Identity Center basics (nice to have)
- PowerShell / scripting and Microsoft Graph (nice to have)
- Networking fundamentals, including UniFi and 802.1X / RADIUS Wi-Fi (nice to have)
- Experience working in an ISO 27001 environment and MS-102 / MD-102 certification (nice to have)
