About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Establish INVENSITY in the Swedish market as part of the founding team in Gothenburg
- Shape the local presence and deliver the first projects
- Build strong client relationships and help win further business
- Take ownership of requirements management using tools such as DOORS/Polarion
- Define, manage and implement requirements and customer needs
- Create, consolidate and maintain system- and subsystem-level requirements with traceability
- Design and maintain SysML models for functional, logical and physical systems
- Plan and manage test activities supporting development assurance
- Work according to the V-model, aligning architecture, requirements, verification and validation
- Work in project teams and guide projects through every phase
- Participate in workshops and coaching sessions within the specialist department
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or a related field
- Initial professional experience in requirements or systems engineering
- Good knowledge of IBM DOORS / DOORS Next is a plus
- Experience with SysML modelling tools such as Rhapsody, Enterprise Architect or Cameo Systems Modeler is an advantage
- Interest in safety engineering (FMEA, FTA), process management, methods development and project management
- Willingness to travel for project assignments within Sweden
- Business-fluent Swedish and fluent English language skills
