About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain core components of payments and compliance products
  • Write clean, tested, and well-structured production code

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in JVM languages (Java, Kotlin, or similar)
  • Hands-on experience with Spring/Spring Boot, Maven, RDBMS & SQL, and Git
  • Passion for clean code, testing, and modern development practices such as SOLID and design patterns
  • Solid experience with containerization (Docker), distributed systems, and event-driven architecture
  • Track record of making and defending technical decisions and helping other engineers grow
  • Experience using AI tools in your development workflow
  • Curiosity and a proactive mindset
  • Experience with Kafka, Kubernetes, or Google Cloud is a bonus
