Take ownership of test planning, coordination, and execution within a large-scale IT environment
Ensure high-quality delivery of business-critical systems and applications
Develop effective test strategies and lead testing activities
Manage testing risks and implement mitigation strategies
Collaborate with Agile teams, Product Owners, business stakeholders, and external partners
Oversee testing progress
Ensure the availability of test environments and test data
Coordinate defect management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven professional experience as a Test Lead in large-scale IT projects or programs
Strong experience developing and implementing test strategies, test plans, and testing processes
Experience leading and coordinating QA teams and cross-functional testing activities
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
Experience managing test execution, defect tracking, and quality reporting
Ability to identify testing risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments
Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices
Knowledge of test automation frameworks and automated testing processes
Experience coordinating test environments, test data, and testing resources
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage priorities and ensure testing activities are completed on schedule
Full professional proficiency in English
