About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze business needs and translate requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications
- Define solutions aligned with business objectives and Salesforce standards
- Influence stakeholders to adopt best practices and ensure process consistency
- Serve as a subject-matter expert for IT teams and business lines
- Lead process modeling and workflow optimization
- Complete comprehensive documentation and solution validation
- Design and develop advanced solutions using Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL/SOSL
- Develop complex integrations through REST/SOAP APIs and orchestrations
- Leverage OmniStudio to create process-oriented solutions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Gearset, Git, and Azure DevOps
- Ensure the quality, security, and performance of developments in accordance with IQ and Salesforce standards
- Identify and implement deployment and automation strategies
- Ensure technical governance and the long-term sustainability of solutions
- Lead strategic projects and guide technology decisions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or another related discipline
- Have at least six (6) years of relevant experience, including experience with Salesforce solutions
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Grantmaking / Grants Management (required)
- Demonstrated experience in functional analysis with Salesforce
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud
- Proficiency with Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and integrations through REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience with OmniStudio and CI/CD tools: Gearset, VS Code, Git, and Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of best practices in process modeling and application architecture
