Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent in Russian
- Expertise in algorithms and data structures
- Expertise in software architecture
- Frontend and backend development expertise
- Cloud infrastructure knowledge
- Systems programming knowledge
- Experience with asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding practices, and debugging distributed systems
- Ability to verify logical accuracy and coding fluency
- Ability to assess naturalness and correctness of Russian language usage
- Clear, metacognitive communication and ability to “show your work”
- A bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related technical field is ideal
