What you’ll need- Finnish language expertise, including grammar, syntax, morphology, spelling, phonology, and pragmatics
- Ability to analyze verb conjugation, case inflection, vowel harmony, sentence structure, formal and informal language, regional variations, and the Finnish writing system
- Ability to converse with language models on language scenarios
- Ability to verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
- Ability to capture reproducible error traces
- Ability to suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
- Clear, metacognitive communication and ability to “show your work”
- A master’s or PhD in Finnish language, linguistics, or a closely related field is ideal
- Peer-reviewed publications, teaching experience, or hands-on linguistic analysis projects are signals of fit
