About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review, annotate, and test AI outputs for grammatical accuracy, naturalness, and strict cultural context
- Act as a primary quality check during production, identifying and correcting subtle cultural errors or awkward phrasing in Italian
- Analyze task quality trends and develop educational resources and feedback documentation
- Provide native-level language vetting during project scaling
- Offer specialized linguistic consultation throughout the production phase
- Operate autonomously to provide linguistic QA and develop alignment resources
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrable work or educational experience in linguistics, education, or other fields requiring high attention to linguistic detail
- Prior, tangible experience working in human data evaluation or annotation
- Verified Italian language proficiency of C1 or C2
- Ability to transform raw feedback and quality trends into structured, actionable educational resources
- Meticulous approach to language and ability to identify and correct subtle unnatural phrasing in native Italian
- Native-level Italian language proficiency
- Secure computer and high-speed internet
- Independent contractor/freelance engagement
