About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Guide merchants through complete Online Ordering page setup sessions
Test ordering links and integrate them into existing websites, Google My Business, and Google Food Ordering
Assist merchants with building new websites or customizing existing pages to reflect their visual identity and design standards
Process complex integrations such as Toast POS and dual menus
Ensure ordering links are fully functional
Resolve technical barriers independently
Operate autonomously while managing merchant implementations and providing technical guidance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new platforms quickly
Ability to build trust and confidently handle technology, time, or cost objections
Detail-oriented communication skills
Ability to uncover merchant needs through structured questioning
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
Comfort with data-driven decision-making
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms preferred
Familiarity with restaurant POS systems, especially Toast, preferred
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or website customization preferred
Prior experience in B2B sales, customer success, or merchant onboarding highly valued
Secure computer and high-speed internet
Independent contractor/freelance engagement
