About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Guide merchants through full Online Ordering setup sessions
- Test ordering links and integrate them into existing websites, Google My Business, and Google Food Ordering
- Assist merchants in building new websites or customizing existing pages to reflect their visual identity and meet design standards
- Process complex integrations such as Toast POS and dual menus
- Ensure ordering links are fully functional and resolve technical barriers
- Operate autonomously to manage merchant implementations and provide technical guidance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new platforms quickly
- Ability to build trust and confidently handle objections related to technology, time, or cost
- Detail-oriented communication skills and structured questioning to uncover merchant needs
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
- Comfort with data-driven decision-making
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, restaurant POS systems, especially Toast, and basic HTML/CSS or website customization preferred
- Prior experience in B2B sales, customer success, or merchant onboarding highly valued
