About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Guide merchants through full Online Ordering setup sessions
Test ordering links and integrate them into existing websites, Google My Business, and Google Food Ordering
Assist merchants in building new websites or customizing existing pages to match their visual identity and design standards
Process complex integrations such as Toast POS and dual menus
Ensure all ordering links are fully functional
Resolve technical barriers independently
Operate autonomously to manage merchant implementations and provide technical guidance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new platforms quickly
Ability to build trust and confidently handle objections related to technology, time, or cost
Detail-oriented communication skills
Ability to uncover merchant needs through structured questioning and articulate relevant digital solutions
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
Comfort with data-driven decision-making
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms preferred
Familiarity with restaurant POS systems, especially Toast, preferred
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or website customization preferred
Prior experience in B2B sales, customer success, or merchant onboarding highly valued
Contractors must supply a secure computer and high-speed internet
