About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- Expertise in reaction mechanisms, coordination chemistry, stereoselective synthesis, catalysis, main group chemistry, ligand design, redox chemistry, crystal field theory, and spectroscopy
- Expertise with organometallic complexes, cross-coupling reactions, synthetic pathways, metal-ligand interactions, supramolecular assembly, NMR and IR spectral interpretation, and synthesis and characterization of coordination compounds
- Ability to verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of advanced language model outputs
- Ability to capture reproducible error traces and suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
- PhD in chemistry or a closely related physical science field is ideal
- Peer-reviewed publications, laboratory synthesis and analysis experience, or applied chemical design projects signal fit
- Clear, metacognitive communication and ability to “show your work”
- Secure computer and high-speed internet
- Live in the Philippines / role location listed as Philippines
