About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide advanced front-line technical support to end users for hardware, software, and peripherals
- Open, respond to, and resolve service tickets according to service level agreements
- Diagnose, evaluate, and resolve complex technical problems; escalate or route issues when appropriate
- Provide excellent customer service to end users
- Log, triage, and manage IT support requests in a first-contact scenario
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
- Identify and escalate technically challenging issues to higher-level support teams
- Document solutions to common issues
- Perform advanced user and computer account management tasks
- Conduct regular site visits and field work
- Work directly with higher-level support teams
- Manage and maintain end-user-focused applications
- Participate in on-call rotations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Local candidates only
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree in computer science or related field preferred
- A+ Certificate preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to convey technical information in user-friendly terms
- Knowledge of basic IT security practices and protocols
- In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems and hardware
- Understanding of advanced network structures and concepts
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft 365
- Advanced understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- 2–5 years of Healthcare IT experience, preferably in radiology
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to work in small confined spaces (2x2')
- Must be able to regularly lift 50+ lbs
