About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in every phase of Workday deployments, from initial project planning through production support
  • Serve as Analyst and Solution Designer, Implementer, Tester, and Trainer
  • Learn and apply Workday configuration, security, business processes, testing, and reporting
  • Develop consulting skills through training, on-the-job activities, and mentoring
  • Specialise in one or more Workday functional areas: HCM, Financials, Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking, Data and Analytics, or Integrations
  • Solve complex problems to optimise and configure clients’ Workday systems
  • Help clients drive more efficient business operations and make better-informed decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2027 graduate cohort; start date Summer 2027
  • Strong written and oral presentation skills
  • Fantastic interpersonal, team-focused skills
  • Coachable, authentic, and resourceful
  • Detail-oriented approach
  • High level of flexibility
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites
  • UK work authorisation required
  • Regular business hours, Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00
  • Approximately 40 hours per week
