About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and organise the Finance mailbox
- Save and maintain supplier invoices and supporting documents
- Record invoices received via the mailbox and Peppol in the accrual tracker
- Send invoices to relevant teams for approval and/or receipt in SAP
- Follow up on outstanding invoice approvals and SAP receipts
- Review supplier statements and follow up on outstanding items
- Support the PR/PO process, including PO conversion and sharing POs with relevant stakeholders
- Perform monthly PO clearing
- Upload bank statements into SAP
- Support finance tasks and queries related to Navan (T&E platform)
- Assist with month-end activities and accrual preparation
- Maintain accurate finance records and supporting documentation
- Support improvements to finance processes, particularly SAP, Navan and PR/PO processes
- Provide ad-hoc support to the Finance team as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree or relevant experience in Finance, Accounting or a related area
- Good Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communication skills and confidence in following up with different teams
- Experience with SAP or another ERP system would be beneficial
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
