About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and manage the end-to-end release process across internally developed games and externally developed titles IOI publishes
- Coordinate QA, Production, Engineering, and Publishing teams for timely delivery of updates, patches, and full releases
- Guide and execute submissions across PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, Nintendo, and other platforms
- Ensure compliance with TRC/XR and other certification requirements
- Act as key contact with First Party platform representatives
- Maintain daily operational communication and alignment with platform backend systems and requirements
- Align internal stakeholders and external studios on release models, schedules, and store strategies
- Balance technical limitations with business priorities
- Support store setup, promotional planning, and publishing operations for all titles
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in Release Management, Technical Production, Project Management, or a similar role within the games industry
- Experience coordinating teams including QA, Marketing, Developer Services, and Game Teams
- Understanding of multi-platform game releases and First Party requirements
- Hands-on experience with configuration management and build tools such as Perforce, Git, SubVersion, and TeamCity
- Familiarity with First Party backend tools and store operations
- Solid understanding of submission processes for Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo, Steam, and other platforms
- Highly organised and a natural communicator
- Ability to bridge technical detail with process coordination
- Experience working with or supporting external development teams is a plus
