About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Generative AI-based applications and agents
  • Build and improve workflows, prompts, tools, and orchestration mechanisms for AI agents
  • Implement solutions using LLMs and agentic AI architectures
  • Evolve the enterprise platform to serve different companies and business contexts across the Group
  • Develop integrations with APIs, data sources, and enterprise systems
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and solution validation
  • Support application deployment, CI/CD, and observability processes
  • Partner with the Labs team to maintain, support, and technically evolve the platform
  • Apply software engineering best practices, including version control, organization, documentation, and testing
  • Contribute to technical development standards for AI applications and agents
  • Support the resolution of platform performance, scalability, and operational issues
  • Keep up with the evolution of AI models, tools, and frameworks, evaluating opportunities for application and continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hands-on software development experience using Python and/or TypeScript
  • Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI agent-based applications
  • Practical knowledge of Claude, Claude Code, and/or Claude Desktop
  • Knowledge of API development, consumption, and integration
  • Experience with Git and GitHub
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, preferably with Azure DevOps
  • Knowledge of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL
  • Knowledge of Linux
  • Experience with or familiarity with Docker and containerized environments
  • Knowledge of cloud architecture and services, preferably AWS
  • Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including code organization, testing, debugging, and maintenance
  • Ability to investigate technical issues, propose solutions, and contribute to the implementation and support of systems
  • Collaborative, proactive, and quality-oriented mindset
  • Nice to have: knowledge of MCP, RAG architectures, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar technologies; monitoring and observability; security and access control; shared platforms; and AI-powered process automation
  • Willingness to work across code, AI agents, integrations, cloud infrastructure, and the operation of enterprise applications
