About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations.
- Define, build, and monitor business KPIs and metrics.
- Conduct data analyses and support business teams in decision-making.
- Work on data modeling and metric creation.
- Perform validations to ensure data quality and reliability.
- Support ETL/ELT processes.
- Use AI tools in day-to-day work to support analyses and increase productivity.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong ability to learn.
- Experience with BI and Data Visualization.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of Python.
- Experience defining KPIs and metrics, as well as with data modeling.
- Basic knowledge of ETL/ELT.
- Knowledge of data validation and quality assurance.
- Knowledge of BigQuery, Snowflake, or Databricks.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
