About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, coordinate, and execute projects under the Project Horizon transformation program
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
Coordinate multi-disciplinary subject matter expert inputs and ensure timely, quality delivery of assigned workstreams
Oversee project documentation, including workplans, status reports, and deliverables
Identify and assess project risks and dependencies
Manage third-party deliverables where required
Support project budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking
Provide regular updates to internal leadership on project progress, risks, and issues
Apply advanced project management methodologies and frameworks
Identify process improvement opportunities and support development of internal delivery standards and best practices
Collaborate across teams to drive project execution and delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. management, business, economics, or engineering)
Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
Proven track record in delivering complex projects in fast-paced environment
Experience supporting multi-disciplinary teams and engaging senior stakeholders
Strong leadership and team management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting project challenges
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
Strong communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder engagement
Proficiency in project management software
