About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work under the direction of a Field Manager/Field Coordinators to ensure work is completed on time, in full, and error free
Utilize Sassie and/or SMX to optimize shop allocation
Coordinate Mystery Shopper schedules, including following up with overdue shoppers, reposting declines, and sending targeted and/or bonus emails
Respond to shoppers’ project-related questions and support successful shop execution
Work with the internal Client Success team to ensure successful project execution
Replace and/or return shops flagged by validation or Client Success
Follow up on shops that are not resubmitted after being returned
Complete specific project-related tasks as an Independent Contractor and invoice the Company for agreed hours worked at the contractor-agreement hourly rate

Requirements

What you’ll need

Available 30–40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, during North American business hours
Proactive, adaptable self-starter with strong time management skills
Critical thinking and independent problem-solving ability
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in fast-paced environments
Highly efficient in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas
Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse personalities and perspectives
Meticulous attention to detail
Commitment to high ethical standards and workplace diversity
Proficient in written and verbal English communication
French fluency is an asset
Experience with SMX or SASSIE platforms is an asset
