About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support project managers on quantitative and qualitative research and evaluation projects from inception through reporting
- Keep clients updated on project progress and liaise directly with clients
- Liaise with partners, suppliers, and internal operations to meet objectives and stay on budget
- Undertake evidence reviews
- Draft questionnaires and discussion guides
- Draft fieldwork materials, including invitation letters, interviewer instructions, and recruitment materials
- Manage and monitor fieldwork
- Moderate depth interviews and discussion groups
- Draft data specifications and check data files
- Analyse data and write reports and presentations delivering insights against client objectives
- Quality-check key deliverables for accuracy and high quality
- Monitor project financial progress, identify problems, and suggest solutions
- Use AI tools and agents efficiently while applying critical judgement to ensure high-quality outputs
- Work on research and evaluation projects for government departments, regulators, universities, and charities
