About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Organise and deliver high-quality qualitative research for clients across finance, FMCG and automotive sectors
  • Work across UK and international projects using face-to-face focus groups, interviews, online communities and other digital approaches
  • Manage projects end to end, from creating budgets and project plans through to coordinating suppliers, recruitment and delivery
  • Contribute to project design and advise on screeners and respondent profiles
  • Negotiate supplier costs
  • Keep projects on track financially
  • Identify smarter and more efficient ways of working
  • Share project learnings
  • Continue developing project management expertise
  • Collaborate with researchers, suppliers and clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least two years' qualitative project management experience, or experience in a related field such as market research recruitment
  • Good understanding of the full market research project lifecycle
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing budgets and project finances
  • Strong attention to detail and ownership of your work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficiency in AI use and adoption to enhance day-to-day tasks
  • Experience contributing to client meetings and advising on practical project delivery (desirable)
  • Strong client management experience (desirable)
  • Knowledge of long-term community panels, or an enthusiasm to learn about them (desirable)
