About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and manage survey research projects on time and on budget
- Work closely with colleagues in other departments
- Assist with and ultimately independently handle questionnaires and methods/project management
- Develop understanding of clients’ business issues and primarily health and public-sector industries
- Analyze and interpret research results
- Help prepare client reports and presentations
- Develop data visualizations
- Attend and learn during client presentations
- Create and manage project-requirements documentation
- Manage others performing project documentation tasks
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years experience in research or market research
- Strong visual and writing ability
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong working proficiency with MS Office, specifically MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Bachelor’s Degree level of education or higher, preferably in a related major such as public policy, social sciences, marketing, science, health sciences, business, or mathematics
- Experience working with quantitative analysis packages
- Interest in working with companies and government agencies to improve customers’ experiences
- Ability to work in teams
