About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the monitoring of projects and initiatives within the Innovation department, helping ensure activities, deadlines, and deliverables are completed
- Support the creation and maintenance of routines for monitoring project performance and analyses, including KPIs, reports, and action plans
- Organize information, documents, schedules, and records related to projects
- Support process assessment and mapping, identifying opportunities for improvement, simplification, and automation
- Support the use and development of solutions through Microsoft Power Platform
- Use generative Artificial Intelligence tools to support analysis, information organization, productivity, and process improvement
- Collaborate with different IQA departments to gather information and monitor initiatives
- Support research and analyses related to new technologies, tools, and solutions that may contribute to IQA processes and services
- Help organize and update project controls and information
- Perform other duties related to the role, as required by the department
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree, preferably in Information Systems, Business Administration, Project/Process Management, Systems Analysis and Development, Engineering, or related fields combining technology, processes, and business
- Interest in technology, innovation, and process improvement
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with information and KPIs
- Proficiency in Excel, preferably at an intermediate level
- Familiarity with generative Artificial Intelligence tools
- Ability to learn new tools, systems, and concepts quickly
- Interest in project management and monitoring
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and ways of working
- Organization, attention to detail, and ability to track activities, deadlines, and outstanding items
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with different departments
- English proficiency
