About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support day-to-day responsibilities of the program management team
  • Participate in coordinating and executing administrative and technical meetings between IQT portfolio and government partners for ongoing technology development programs
  • Engage with internal stakeholders across IQT functional areas to understand IQT’s strategic investment model and the lifecycle of IQT investments, technology development programs, and technology transfer
  • Participate in a cross-functional team project addressing tactical and strategic challenges related to program execution and technology transfer
  • Help strengthen IQT’s ability to learn from past experiences and improve future programs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to contractual reasons
  • Candidate for a bachelor’s degree (rising Junior or Senior) or equivalent experience
  • Basic understanding of project management and technology transfer challenges
  • Systems thinking mindset
  • Self-starter, constant learner, and passion for solving hard problems
  • Comfortable presenting complex technology subjects to technical and nontechnical audiences
  • Strong writer
  • Experience in technical writing and proposal writing is preferred
  • Preferably a candidate for a graduate degree in a STEM discipline
