About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze life sciences datasets, including IQVIA MIDAS, market research data, and SDR
- Build and evaluate competitive market scenarios based on industry trends
- Apply time-series analysis, regression models, and forecasting methods
- Translate business assumptions into quantifiable drivers and robust analytical models
- Produce accurate, reproducible, and clear analytical deliverables for project teams and clients
- Structure analytical approaches to address client challenges
- Develop project workplans, monitor progress, and deliver milestones on time
- Support client interactions, presentations, and discussions
- Collaborate within cross-functional teams
- Improve methodologies, tools, and processes through innovative solutions
- Own assigned analytical workstreams and ensure zero-defect delivery
- Present insights clearly and compellingly
- Support proposal development and business development activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client engagement standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences / BE / MCA, or Master’s Degree in Life Sciences / MCA
- Good knowledge in Pharmaceutical Forecasting and datasets
- Advanced MS Excel (mandatory), including modelling, large datasets, and automation
- VBA (mandatory), including automation and tool development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for client-ready storytelling
- Familiarity with AI concepts and applications in business contexts
- Clear, concise, and structured written and verbal communication
- Ability to present complex insights effectively
- Strong understanding of client needs and commitment to high-value outcomes
- Accountability for deliverables, proactive problem-solving, and commitment to quality
