About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in developing strategies, roadmaps, and frameworks to improve patient engagement, adherence, compliance, and retention in studies
- Work within project teams to deliver strategic deliverables applying behavioral science and technology to patient workflows and experiences
- Perform quantitative or qualitative coding and analysis to generate insights and develop client or executive leadership reports
- Support development of intellectual property for future consulting engagements
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create reports and deliverables
- Support UAT, usability testing, and monitoring of patient experience data
- Assist with business development and proposals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven analytical, interpretative and problem-solving skills
- Proven interest in patient-centered research and topics, including Clinical Outcome Assessment and Patient-Reported Outcome
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to build credibility with external and internal contacts
- Good commercial awareness and business judgment
- Interest in the healthcare/life sciences industry
- Strong IT literacy, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within timelines
- Desire to learn and commitment to rapid development
- Comfort/familiarity working in cross-cultural contexts
- At least 1 year of consulting/research experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industry, or a PhD in a relevant field
- Experience within pharma R&D, RWE/D, and/or patient digital technology is a plus
- Passion to partner with patients throughout the drug development process
- Demonstrable analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and apply new knowledge
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including presentations, workshop facilitation, business writing, and report writing
- Ability to juggle priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality outcomes
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
