About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute strategic analyses using big data to derive trends, conclusions, and actionable client recommendations
  • Conduct qualitative primary and quantitative secondary research on markets, payers, physicians, patients, and competitive products
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and collaborate with project teams to address client needs
  • Develop predictive models for contracting strategies, patient cost and affordability programs, prescriber/product utilization, and brand performance/financial modeling
  • Translate analyses into conclusions and client deliverables including reports and presentations
  • Prepare for and participate in internal project team and client meetings
  • Apply quality-control tools and standards throughout project work
  • Manage time, deadlines, progress, and communication of challenges
  • Develop healthcare industry and consulting methodology expertise
  • Work under guidance of senior team members while contributing to client engagements, thought leadership, and professional development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong academic record (GPA 3.5/4 or greater) with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree, preferable in areas including Biology, biochemistry, economics, finance, business, healthcare management and policy, history, molecular biology and genetics, psychology, neuroscience, public health and international relations
  • Excellent conversational and business English (written and oral)
  • Basic SQL and Office suite
  • Interest in and desire to learn about the healthcare industry
  • Good project management, time management, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed (<10% on average)
  • Resume must be submitted in English; other languages will not be considered
