About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop new products and enhance existing solutions
- Design, develop, and deploy innovative analytics solutions using advanced statistical methods, machine learning, and GenAI
- Collaborate with business units, software engineering, and production teams to develop and implement solutions
- Support development of new offerings and ad hoc analyses, applying statistical expertise to anomaly detection for quality control, data imputation, and projection methodologies
- Support client projects for patient and commercial analytics using machine learning, causal analysis, and GenAI
- Uncover insights from complex datasets and support GenAI application development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Software engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics role, or PhD with at least 1 year of relevant professional experience
- Strong expertise in Statistical & Machine Learning methods
- Experience developing GenAI applications is a strong plus
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks
- Experience with Cloud platform, especially Azure
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural, cross-functional team
- Fluency in English; German is a big plus
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical market
- Experience with pharmaceutical data (medical, hospital, pharmacy, claims data)
