Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the delivery of consulting and market research solutions that improve organizational performance and decision-making
- Manage complex projects and guide teams in designing and executing primary research
- Integrate diverse data sources to produce actionable insights using advanced statistical and behavioral science approaches
- Influence cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
- Shape methodologies and practices
- Mentor junior colleagues across clinical, public health, medical affairs, and commercial domains
- Act as project lead for multiple projects and own overall outcomes and deliverables
- Manage project teams and develop the talent and capabilities of junior colleagues
- Maintain relationships with senior-level client management and manage complex client relationships
- Meet defined revenue and/or billable targets by identifying business opportunities and creating and presenting proposals
