About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Works with Start Up lead to identify key project milestones and implementation timelines
- Builds, documents and maintains new and existing customer-centric business critical solutions
- Understands business requirements and creates test cases based on identified scenarios
- Executes test cases as per agreed timelines
- Ensures quality control during implementation and execution of validation plans
- Builds site- and subject-facing documentation and training materials for implemented solutions
- Trains internal stakeholders on implemented solutions, as required
- Contributes to implementation and integration best practices and the knowledge base
- Collaborates with the product development team to improve and expand core platform functionality
- Applies working knowledge of support processes and production environments
- Works with engineering and project management teams to identify key project milestones and implementation timelines
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience working with external customers to gather technical requirements
- Working knowledge of software development processes and methodologies
- Knowledge of the clinical trial / pharmaceutical domain
- Powerful work ethic with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong customer facing and presentation skills
