About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and grow a portfolio of cardiovascular Clinical Outcome Assessment (COA) assets
  • Drive product lifecycle management, including asset development, enhancements, implementation, and strategic portfolio expansion
  • Partner with scientific, operational, and commercial teams to ensure assets are ready for client delivery and positioned for evolving market needs
  • Monitor portfolio performance and business impact, supporting forecasting, revenue growth, and strategic decision-making
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in cardiovascular outcomes
  • Contribute to innovative healthcare, real-world evidence, and Population Health initiatives
  • Manage the lifecycle, operational readiness, scientific integrity, and commercial success of assigned cardiovascular COA assets
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize instrument value, adoption, and impact across clinical trials, real-world evidence studies, registries, and emerging healthcare use cases

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in one or more of: Clinical Research, Outcomes Research, Real-World Evidence, Pharmaceutical or Medical Device Industry, COA Development or Licensing, Product or Portfolio Management
  • Strong knowledge of Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs), Patient-Reported Outcomes (PROs), or patient-centered measurement
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed environment
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail, sound judgment, and a collaborative mindset
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
