About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead multiple project teams and manage strategic analyses using IQVIA and external Big Data assets
  • Lead internal brainstorming sessions and coordinate engagement team members
  • Synthesize complex data and information into actionable results and recommendations
  • Lead the design and execution of predictive models for contracting strategies, patient affordability programs, prescriber utilization, and brand performance or financial modeling
  • Design, structure, and deliver reports, presentations, and other client deliverables
  • Develop client relationships through discussions, workshops, telephone, and email communication
  • Serve as a thought partner to client teams
  • Manage junior team members across multiple client engagements
  • Oversee engagement team project work plans
  • Assist with follow-on work identification, new leads, project proposals, and statements of work
  • Develop deep knowledge of the healthcare industry and consulting methodologies
  • Assist with recruiting and participate in interviews

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4-6 years of work experience in consulting, data analytics, or other relevant areas
  • Project or team management experience
  • Demonstrated leadership in previous positions
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong quantitative skills
  • Proven team contributor
  • Interest in and desire to learn about the constantly evolving healthcare industry
  • Exceptional project planning, time management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent conversational and business English, written and oral; C1 or C2 level
  • Exceptional IT literacy, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; SQL is a plus
  • Willingness or ability to travel as needed, 10-25% on average
