About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review and analyze client requirements or problems under direct supervision
- Assist in developing proposals for cost-effective solutions
- Assist Consultants and project managers with detailed documentation and specifications
- Perform basic quantitative or qualitative analyses to identify client issues and develop client-specific solutions
- Assist Analysts and Consultants in designing and structuring audience-appropriate presentations
- Develop basic knowledge of consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market through consulting engagements and formal and informal learning
- Support engagement-based responsibilities assigned and managed by consultants, engagement managers, or principals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor or Master's degree
- Medical or Business Management-related educational background is a plus
- Strong commitment to high-quality work

- Willingness and ability to travel and work under pressure and challenge
