About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide phone support to health care professionals and patients, including receipt and tracking of medical inquiries, adverse events, product quality complaints, and other calls
  • Receive and document incoming telephone calls, faxes or emails from various sources, including investigative sites, during regular weekday business working hours
  • Establish and maintain effective team communications
  • Provide regular feedback to local management on project metrics, out-of-scope work challenges/issues and successes
  • Build a positive, collaborative team environment with other Lifecycle Safety team members
  • Participate in training across Lifecycle Safety service offerings
  • Participate in working groups for new initiatives and process efficiencies
  • Process safety and product quality information to help optimize product safety profiles across therapeutic areas

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Life Science is required
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in German (native/C2), English and one more additional language (min. C1)
  • Willingness and aptitude to learn new skills across Lifecycle Safety service lines
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy maintaining consistently high-quality standards
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
  • Ability to work effectively on multiple projects simultaneously, organize own workload and effectively manage competing priorities
