About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Navigate hospital units and coordinate with unit nurses to assist with pulling pumps as needed
- Use clinical nursing expertise to answer questions and address concerns about medical devices
- Collect devices in hospital settings while collaborating with department nursing staff and field service technicians
- Facilitate room-to-room medical device upgrades
- Provide updates, reports, and feedback during and after in-service assignments
- Use hospital experience and customer service skills to ensure device collection does not interfere with facility activities
- Travel nationally to support customer needs
- Work independently in customer settings with minimal supervision
Requirements
What you’ll need- Nursing Degree (ADN or BSN) required
- Hospital or industry experience required
- RN license required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, and lift equipment up to 50 pounds
- Availability for 3 weeks per month and 1 week off
- Travel flexibility and assignment-based schedule with 40+ hour commitment per week
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record review prior to hire
- Personal vehicle required for job-related assignments up to 3 hours from home
- Located within 1 hour of a major airport
- Ability to complete healthcare facility credentialing and required immunizations
- No visa sponsorship available
- Emergency Room or ICU experience preferred
- Excellent documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in customer settings with minimal supervision
