About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Navigate hospital units and coordinate with unit nurses to assist with pulling pumps as needed
  • Use clinical nursing expertise to answer questions and address concerns regarding medical devices
  • Collect devices in hospital settings while collaborating with department nursing staff and field service technicians
  • Facilitate room-to-room medical device upgrades
  • Provide updates, reports, and feedback during and after in-service assignments as directed
  • Use hospital experience and customer service skills to ensure device collection does not interfere with facility activities
  • Travel to customer sites nationally to support customer needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Nursing Degree (ADN or BSN) required
  • Hospital or industry experience required
  • RN license required
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with department staff and technicians
  • Ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, and lift equipment up to 50 pounds
  • Availability for 3 weeks per month and 1 week off
  • Assignment-based schedule with 40+ hour commitment per week requested; no guarantee of 40+ hours
  • Travel nationally to support customer needs
  • Valid driver’s license required; driving record subject to review prior to hire
  • Personal vehicle required for job-related assignments up to 3 hours from home
  • Located within 1 hour of a major airport
  • Emergency Room or ICU experience preferred
  • Leadership experience helpful but not required
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in customer settings with minimal supervision
  • Must complete healthcare facility credentialing and meet facility immunization requirements, typically including MMR, Varicella, negative TB test, Tdap, Hepatitis B, seasonal Influenza, and COVID-19 primary series
  • Not eligible for visa sponsorship
