About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as principal owner of client engagements from initial needs conversations through solution development and project delivery oversight
- Create and elevate new business opportunities with existing and new client organisations
- Present educational and go-to-market materials internally and externally
- Identify opportunities to sell integrated solutions, including P&MA strategy, HEOR/HTA support, PRO instrument advice, and RWE strategy
- Engage project teams in designing, developing, and delivering projects using IQVIA capabilities and solutions
- Establish delivery excellence and ensure accurate, high-quality work meeting or exceeding client expectations
- Foster collaboration and inclusivity among project teams
- Monitor industry, client, and competitive trends to anticipate business challenges
- Lead thought leadership and firm-building initiatives through speaking engagements, client meetings, and publications
- Mentor, coach, and share subject matter expertise
- Lead ad hoc workstreams on recruitment, training, and development
- Serve as development lead to 3–4 staff
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s Degree
- At least 10 years of professional experience in consulting, pharmaceutical, and healthcare industries with a focus on HTA or HEOR
- Experience with AI/ML is a plus
- Proven ability to build relationships, identify client pain points, and develop custom solutions targeted at HE/HTA stakeholders in Nordic life sciences
- Track record of driving HQ/global deals and suitable offerings development experience
- Established network of contacts in the pharmaceutical industry and payers
- High degree of understanding of payer evaluation processes and factors impacting product development
- Deep commercial awareness of healthcare, health technology, and pharmaceutical industries
- Experience in market needs assessments and value proposition development
- Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills tailored to target audiences
- Analytical approach to problem-solving and ability to work with complicated, conflicting, or ambiguous information
- Commercial awareness focused on profitability and competitiveness
- Ability to build supportive team relationships and work across different styles
- Able to work from Copenhagen and well connected with strategic HTA/HE decision making in Medicon Valley
